Since I am still 15 weeks out, I am sticking to cardio in the morning, and my afternoon is only weight training. This workout schedule is a Insanity Max 30 hybrid. Morning cardios when I first wake up, and then afternoon is my weight training with cardio post workout.
When I train for my shows, I workout 2 times a day. Just the sequences in the rounds is crazy hard.
i think sweat intervals is the hardest month 1 workout.
Today starts an awesome day!!! Ok so as I was doing Body Beast (by itself) to prep for my show, our newest program INSANITY MAX 30 was released! I am the coach who ALWAYS has to do the newest programs out, but at this point in my career as I am prepping for my next NPC Figure Competition, I can't stop weight training. And though I move a little slower as it goes on - you can always get faster in the future, of course - I did all of the moves throughout.
